National Data Resources

According to sections 330(k)(2) and 330(k)(3)(J) of the Public Health Service Act, CHCs must periodically document the needs of their target populations and update their service areas.  CHAMPS has developed the following list of national resources to assist Region VIII CHCs with these processes.
