Reporting
Health Center grantee organizations are required to complete Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) on Outreach and Enrollment. Reports can be found and submitted in the Electronic Handbooks (EHB). Failure to submit the reports may result in the grant being placed on draw restriction. As of August 2014, PCAs receiving O/E funding from HRSA are not required to complete O/E QPRs.
