Homeless and Public Housing Resources

The following resources were compiled in response to requests by Region VIII members striving to provide quality services to persons experiencing homelessness and residents of public housing. The resources provide up-to-date reports and information, healthcare provider resources, continuing education, outreach and enrollment, state-specific resources, and much more. If you utilize any beneficial homelessness and/or public housing resources that are not included on this page, please feel free to share those by contacting the CHAMPS Programs Coordinator, Population Health. Persons experiencing homelessness and residents of public housing are recognized by HRSA as special populations.
