The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) establishes National Training and Technical Assistance Partner (NTTAP) Cooperative Agreements with organizations to provide national training and technical assistance (T/TA) to potential and existing section 330 funded health centers. These NTTAPs provide broad technical assistance as well as focused training on special populations including migrant and seasonal farmworkers, people experiencing homelessness, those living in public housing, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT), elderly, children in schools, Asian American/Pacific Islander populations, and others. For a description of each organization’s HRSA-funded activities that support health centers on a wide range of topics, visit the NACHC Health Center Program National Training and Technical Assistance Partners Organizational Directory or the HRSA National Training and Technical Assistance Partners webpage.

HRSA also establishes cooperative agreements with Primary Care Associations to provide training and technical assistance to health centers. Visit the CHAMPS About Primary Care Associations webpage for more information.
