The 2025-2026 CHAMPS membership year covers April 1, 2025-March 31, 2026. Membership requests for the current year are emailed to the Executive Directors/CEOs of all Region VIII Health Center Program awardees and look-alikes (primarily community health centers and state Primary Care Associations) in early late March/early April.

Please note that the 60-day grace period extending membership benefits for 2024-2025 Organizational Members expired June 1, 2025.
