CHAMPS Healthy Communities Communiqué

The CHAMPS Healthy Communities Communiqué was designed to assist Region VIII health centers and Primary Care Associations (PCAs) in improving access to care, reducing obstacles to health, addressing nonmedical factors of health, and more. CHAMPS distributes this resource quarterly. Please contact the CHAMPS Programs Coordinator, Population Health with topics you would like to see included in the communiqué and any questions.
