The CHAMPS Region VIII Health Equity Digest was designed to assist Region VIII health centers and Primary Care Associations (PCAs) in addressing health inequities. The digest focuses on health disparities, obstacles to health, social determinants of health, programs and resources to help close the gaps, and more. CHAMPS distributes this resource quarterly. The first issue was sent in July 2020.
